Detailed Job Description

As an Operations Manager supporting telecommunications operations in Pakistan via ZTE, you will take full operational ownership of day-to-day service delivery, workflow optimization, and performance metric tracking. Your day-to-day responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, monitoring field service execution, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and optimizing resource utilization across engineering and support squads. You will collaborate closely with project directors, logistics teams, and maintenance supervisors to identify operational bottlenecks, implement corrective measures, and drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will oversee inventory management, enforce corporate safety standards, and prepare detailed operational reports for executive review.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities across telecommunications service delivery and field maintenance teams.

• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), operational KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure target compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record of optimizing operational workflows, managing SLAs, and improving resource efficiency.


• Strong practical knowledge of operational excellence frameworks, lean management, and quality assurance standards.
