Zong 5G is seeking a Grid Manager in Mardan to drive sales, revenue and business development for the local grid. You will lead mobile broadband initiatives, manage channel development, and optimize field operations to maximize network utilization.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will coordinate with franchise partners, plan routes, forecast demand, and ensure stock, promotions and trade visibility across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a related role.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales growth and revenue in 3G/4G by expanding smartphone shops.
• Ensure quality of gross adds and channel expansion.
• Coordinate trade marketing for brand visibility, promotions and events.
• Plan sales routes and forecast demand for SIMs, scratch cards and top-ups.
• Train staff and retailers on product knowledge and SOPs.
• Oversee merchandising and availability of POS materials.
