Qualifications

- Proven leadership in transport network operations and service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI management and incident handling.
- Experience with network integration, cutover, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead transport network operations, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Monitor and ensure SLA/KPI compliance, guiding service delivery.
- Coordinate technical and operational stakeholders for delivery outcomes.
- Develop and enforce SOPs/MOPs; manage incident response and RCA processes.
- Oversee network integration, acceptance testing, migration, and cutover.
- Drive continuous improvement and outage management across platforms.
- Lead technical teams during major incidents and escalations.
