Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer for Deposit banking to manage relationships with individual and corporate clients regarding their deposit accounts. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and meeting deposit banking needs effectively.

The position emphasizes driving liability growth, achieving CASA/TD targets, and cross-selling to enhance the deposit portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in business/commerce/finance or equivalent.
• Good understanding of deposit products and their workability.
• Knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamentals to achieve CASA growth.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales, management, and operations experience in retail/consumer banking or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition to build a healthy liability portfolio.
• Build a CALSA/TD customer portfolio within the agreed time frame.
• Meet portfolio targets for CALSA/SA/TD on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Onboard freelancers/brand ambassadors to form a deposit mobilization team.
• Ensure CASA vs Term Deposit mix targets are achieved.
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients and address client needs.
