Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer Deposit for Muzaffargarh Branch to grow the liability portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new deposit clients, retaining relationships, and achieving CASA/TD targets in line with bank policies.

You will build a deposit mobilization team, cross-sell products, and ensure timely NTB account openings while delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of deposit products and CASA growth.
• 1 year of relevant sales/retail banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition to build a healthy liability portfolio.
• Achieve CASA/ Term Deposit targets weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with branch units to meet deposit mobilization goals.
