Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Officer Deposit to manage relationships with clients regarding their deposit accounts. You will focus on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and meeting deposit banking needs.

Key duties include driving liability growth, building a CALSA/TD portfolio, achieving CASA/term-deposit targets, cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships while aligning with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, finance or equivalent.
• Good understanding of Deposit products and how they work.
• Must possess knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamentals to achieve CASA growth.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant sales/management/operations experience in retail banking or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and grow liability portfolio.
• Retain existing clients and ensure deposit needs are met.
• Drive CALSA/TD growth and achieve portfolio targets.
• Build CASA/TD mix to meet portfolio allocation goals.
• Coordinate with branch staff to open NTB accounts and address client needs.
• Cross-sell or upsell deposit products to existing clients.
