My Digital People is seeking a data-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and YouTube for UK and US markets.

You will focus on conversion tracking, bidding strategies, keyword research, and campaign performance analysis to drive ROAS and revenue while collaborating with SEO, content, and development teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in Google Ads.
• Experience managing UK and US campaigns.
• Proven experience with Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Shopping, Display, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, bidding, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, search-term analysis, competitor research, and negative keyword management.
• Develop effective campaign and ad-group structures based on business objectives.
• Write and test compelling RSAs and ad copy.
• Manage and optimize bidding strategies including tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions, and Maximize Clicks.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, impression share, and revenue.
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
• Identify opportunities for campaign scaling while maintaining target profitability.
• Analyze search terms and continuously improve keyword targeting and negative keyword lists.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with SEO, content, web development, and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
