Job summary

Alibaba Group Multan Hub is seeking a senior operations leader to manage daily hub activities, oversee logistics across cities, and drive service quality.

You will lead a team, collaborate with sort, linehaul, first-mile, commercial and customer service, and use data-driven insights to cut costs while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Fluency in English and Urdu, coaching staff, and performance management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer service best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, with the ability to communicate effectively.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Multan Hub and assigned cities, ensuring smooth logistics and customer service.Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.Lead and motivate a team of Hub staff and LMPs, providing training, coaching, and performance management to drive productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sort, linehaul, first-mile, commercial, and customer service, to align on goals and address any operational issues.Maintain strong relationships with the partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into the Alibaba International network.Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Position Requirement
