Job summary

Daraz is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end line haul operations across Pakistan from hub to sorting centers. You will drive routing optimization, fleet utilization, and cost control while ensuring on-time departures and secure transport of goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end line haul operations across Pakistan, ensuring timely, cost-effective movement of goods between hubs and sorting centers.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize routing, fleet utilization, transit times, and service reliability.
• Monitor daily linehaul performance via KPIs (on-time departures/arrivals, cost per kilometer, vehicle utilization, incident rate) and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with local logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams to resolve disruptions and ensure seamless handovers.
