Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA considered a plus.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced e-commerce or logistics.
• Proven ability to grow teams and achieve targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Experience negotiating and managing partnerships, with knowledge of global trade.

Job Requirements
