You will lead a team, collaborate with sort, linehaul, first-mile, commercial and customer service, and use data-driven insights to cut costs while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Fluency in English and Urdu, coaching staff, and performance management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer service best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, with the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hub operations and oversee assigned cities.
• Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Lead and motivate a team of Hub staff and LMPs, providing training, coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sort, linehaul, first-mile, commercial and customer service, to align on goals.
