Job summary

Daraz is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end line haul operations across Pakistan from hub to sorting centers. You will drive routing optimization, fleet utilization, and cost control while ensuring on-time departures and secure transport of goods.

You will monitor KPIs such as on-time performance, cost per kilometer, and incident rate, and coordinate with local carriers and internal teams to resolve disruptions and improve service reliability in a fast-paced

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations, specifically in linehaul, freight, or long-haul trucking management in Pakistan.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale ground transportation networks, including vendor management and route optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in logistics tracking systems, and data-driven decision-making.
