Job summary

Alibaba Group in Multan is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to manage daily Last Mile and First Mile activities, ensuring KPI achievement.

You will monitor attendance, productivity, backlogs, and shipment aging, and coordinate with LMP partners to resolve issues and ensure SOP compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Logistics and 3–5 years in logistics, with strong Excel skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, Last Mile, or delivery operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily LMP operations and performance of First Mile and Last Mile.
• Ensure achievement of key operational KPIs, including OTH, Efficiency, and Success Rate.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, backlog, and shipment aging.
• Coordinate with LMP partners to resolve operational issues and ensure SOP compliance.
• Conduct regular visits to LMP cities to monitor performance, audits, and trainings.
• Daily COD monitoring, cash reconciliation, and outstanding clearance.
