Job summary

Zong 5G is seeking a driven professional for Business Development and tele sales focused on small enterprises and SoHo. You will service existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and help grow the regional GSM and VAS portfolio.

The role emphasizes strong communication, regional language proficiency, and professional telephone manners to maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve 3-5m revenue per resource, with payment collection and churn management responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service small Enterprises & SoHo (Small Office Home Office).
• Upsell/cross-sell and referrals; sales of new VAS solutions.
• Retention & churn management (CLM, periodic calls).
• Payment collection (on call; 60 days outstanding).
• Achievement of regional sales & service targets.
• Ensure smooth customer handling and experience management.
• Manage existing revenue portfolio of 3-5m per resource (GSM & VAS).
• Enhance Incremental GCSS & VAS revenue through upselling & cross-selling.

• Responsible for Gross adds in existing base (upselling, cross selling, referrals, and new VAS solutions sales)
• Retention & churn management (CLM, periodic calls)
• Responsible for collection management (on call)
• Achievement of regional sales & service targets
• Ensure smooth customer handling and experience management.
• Managing existing revenue portfolio of 3-5m per resource (GSM & VAS)
