Codlinx is hiring for an Upwork Bidder (On-Site, Lahore) to win projects from international clients and manage end-to-end bidding. You will craft tailored proposals, identify quality leads, and negotiate terms to close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires excellent English, proven bidding experience, and a results-driven mindset. You will work on-site in Lahore during night shifts, collaborating with our technical team for smooth project handovers and meeting

Qualifications

• Experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar freelance bidding role.
• Excellent written English; ability to craft tailored proposals.
• Strong negotiation and client handling skills; ability to close deals.

Are you a pro at winning projects on Upwork? Codlinx is looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our Lahore office!

What You'll Do

• Bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Write compelling and customized proposals to win projects
• Generate leads and close deals with international clients
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements & negotiate budget
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Work closely with our technical team to ensure smooth project handover
• Achieve monthly targets for projects and revenue

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (IT / Web Development / Design niche preferred)
• Excellent English - especially written proposal writing skills
• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithm, bidding strategy & profile ranking
• Ability to identify quality leads and close them
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Basic technical knowledge of Web Dev, App Dev, Design, Video Editing projects
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Must be able to work On-Site in Lahore (Night Shift)

• Existing Upwork profile with good reviews / JSS
• Experience in other platforms like Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
