Job summary

Next Makers Group in Lahore is hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role. You will identify opportunities, write proposals, and convert qualified leads into paying projects for software, web, mobile apps, AI, and automation services.

You will work with management and the technical team to scope projects, negotiate terms, and manage the bidding process.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of Upwork bidding experience.
Experience in software development or digital agencies is a plus.
Strong written and spoken English for international clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify Upwork opportunities based on client requirements and budgets.
Write persuasive, customized proposals addressing client needs.
Manage daily bidding activity and optimize Connects budget.
Handle client messages, discovery calls, and sales discussions.
Coordinate with technical team to prepare realistic scopes, estimates, and timelines.
Negotiate project terms within approved pricing and delivery limits.
Maintain records of proposals, meetings, contracts, and revenue.
Handover confirmed projects to delivery team for execution.
Build client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Review bidding results to improve proposal quality and conversions.
