Job summary

Markosol Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Upwork Bidder / BD Executive to help us win web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content-related projects. You will be responsible for daily bidding, writing strong proposals, handling client communication, and helping us grow our agency.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Upwork or BD experience, strong written English, and the ability to chase targets with discipline.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Strong written English and proposal writing skills.
• Good understanding of web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content strategy.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Bid on relevant web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content projects.
• Write personalized and professional proposals.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal team for pricing and project scope.
