Scan-Shipping is seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth and manage key export clients from its Karachi base. The role blends execution with strategy, mentoring junior staff and aligning intelligence with revenue plans.

The position reports to Sales and requires strong networking, regulatory awareness, and self-directed work style to achieve ambitious targets in a competitive logistics market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Masters degree in Business Management / Marketing/ or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good networking and social network with all the freight forwarder players in market.
• Good knowledge and familiar with local and international governmental, customs, ocean and hazardous cargo regulations.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision.
• Fast learner.
