Job summary

Shipco Transport Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager (Ocean/Air) for export. The role focuses on expanding the company’s commercial footprint by acquiring key export clients, aligning market intelligence with revenue strategies, and mentoring junior team members to maintain high performance and operational flow.

You will lead volume development, client relationships, and oversee documentation, reporting, and market strategy in a senior execution role based in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of local and international governmental, customs, ocean and hazardous cargo regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner and adaptable to changing market conditions.
