Shipco Transport Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Ocean/Air) for Import to expand our Karachi footprint. You will drive acquisition of key clients and align market intelligence with revenue strategies.

Lead a small team, mentor junior members, and ensure operational fluidity while maintaining strong client relationships and compliance with customs regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong networking with freight forwarder players.
• Knowledge of local and international governmental, customs, ocean and hazardous cargo regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner.
