Job summary

Bestax Accountants provides accounting, taxation, business advisory, and digital marketing solutions to businesses across Canada and international markets. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and promote our services.

The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth by achieving sales targets. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Ability to work the night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (Pakistan time).

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn.
• Present services including SEO, social media marketing, bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and demos to understand client needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with follow-ups and conversion.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Prepare sales proposals and service packages with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead nurturing and conversions.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
