Job summary

Bestax Chartered Accountants, Dubai-based, is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and promote our services such as SEO, social media marketing, bookkeeping, and compliance. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

You will manage outbound outreach, present proposals, maintain a robust sales pipeline, collaborate with marketing, and work night shifts (6:00 PM–3:00 AM Pakistan time).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, accounting, or professional services is advantageous.
• Able to work night shifts and manage client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound channels.
• Present and promote the company's services including SEO, social media marketing, bookkeeping, and compliance.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with regular follow-ups.
• Develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare sales proposals and service packages with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead nurturing and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
