Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and promote our digital marketing, accounting, and compliance services. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth across international markets.

The role is full-time and offers night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT) with competitive compensation and commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, accounting, or professional services.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing services, accounting, taxation, or corporate compliance is an advantage.
• Willingness to work the night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate service value effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
• Present and promote the company's services, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, bookkeeping, accounting, corporate taxation, and other compliance solutions.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and effective lead conversion.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service packages in coordination with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead nurturing, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the company's CRM or other tracking systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business development and revenue growth.
