Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, accounting, or professional services.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
• Present and promote company services including SEO, social media marketing, bookkeeping, accounting, and corporate taxation.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients with follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Prepare sales proposals and service packages in coordination with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
