Job summary

Bestax Chartered Accountants in Lahore is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to manage B2B client communications, qualify leads, and support sales growth. You will present services, coordinate with marketing, and keep CRM records up to date. This on-site role offers exposure to international clients and a competitive salary with commissions. Night shift runs 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, accounting, or professional services.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing services, accounting, taxation, or corporate compliance is an advantage.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate service value effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
• Present and promote the company's services, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, bookkeeping, accounting, corporate taxation, and other compliance solutions.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and effective lead conversion.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional services.
