Job summary

Bestax Accountants is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire clients, and promote our services to businesses globally. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

The role involves presenting SEO, digital marketing, accounting, and compliance solutions, managing a robust pipeline, and collaborating with marketing for optimal lead conversion. Night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, accounting, or professional services is preferred.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients via outbound channels.
• Present and promote services including SEO, social media marketing, and accounting solutions.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and service demonstrations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Develop long-term client relationships and seek additional services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead nurturing and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and pipeline progress in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
