Bestax Chartered Accountants in Lahore is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and promote our digital marketing and accounting services to international markets.

You will build relationships, manage a sales pipeline, conduct virtual meetings, prepare proposals, and collaborate with marketing to improve conversions. Night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time may apply; a competitive salary with commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, accounting, or professional services.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing services, accounting, taxation, or corporate compliance is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
• Present and promote the company's services, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, bookkeeping, accounting, corporate taxation, and other compliance solutions.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and effective lead conversion.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service packages in coordination with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead nurturing, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the company's CRM or other tracking systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business development and revenue growth.
