Bestax Chartered Accountants seeks a motivated B2B Sales Executive to generate leads and acquire new clients internationally. You will promote services like SEO, digital marketing, bookkeeping, and taxation, building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Identify and engage prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels; manage a robust pipeline and coordinate with marketing for optimal conversions. Night shifts align with international markets.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting and follow-up abilities with a target-driven mindset.
• Understanding of digital marketing or professional services is a plus.
• Ability to communicate service value and manage client requirements.
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle international clients.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Present and promote services including SEO, social media marketing, bookkeeping and taxation.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and demonstrations to assess client needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, with regular follow-ups and conversions.
• Develop long-term relationships for repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and service packages in coordination with teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead nurturing and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain records of leads, interactions, and pipeline in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
