Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is hiring a Relationship Officer Asset to drive loan sales and client relationships across Pakistan. You will implement sales plans, establish connections with customers, and ensure compliant, ethical execution of banking products and services.

Responsibilities include prospecting, loan booking in accordance with bank policies, monitoring repayments, and maintaining client records. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 0–1 years’ related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferable.
• 0–1 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOP.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with ethics by following SOPs.
• Ensure proactive collection and timely loan repayments by communicating with clients.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and conduct monthly/quarterly customer meetings.
