Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions seeks a seasoned Sales/Pre-Sales professional in Islamabad to drive revenue through strategic client engagement and technical proposals. You will interface with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers, deliver tailored lighting solutions, and lead pre-sales teams across project pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Sales/Marketing or equivalent, 5+ years in the industry, and strong communication, negotiation, and drawing interpretation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working within the same Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers to build strong professional relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, converting opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Conduct technical assessments and deliver customized architectural lighting solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Provide leadership and direction to the internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely engagement across all pre-sales touchpoints.
• Maintain market knowledge of trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, DIALux, or Relux is a plus.
