Job summary

The Tech Tribe is seeking a Paid Media & Growth Specialist to strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads in Pakistan. You will manage acquisition, lead generation, retargeting, and scaling while collaborating with design/content teams to improve landing pages and conversions.

Proven experience with tracking, analytics, and performance reporting is required. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and robust campaign testing to drive ROAS and growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Understanding of customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Experience with lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, GA4, and GTM.
• Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with campaign testing and optimization.
• Ability to make decisions based on campaign data.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup through optimization.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Build acquisition, lead-generation, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
• Develop campaign structures based on business and conversion goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
• Test different audiences, creatives, copy, offers, placements, and campaign structures.
• Conduct structured A/B testing and analyze results.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with design and content teams to develop performance-driven creatives.
• Analyze landing-page and funnel performance.
• Configure and validate conversion tracking.
• Work with Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and conversion events.
• Prepare clear campaign reports and performance insights.
• Monitor advertising budgets and make scaling or budget-allocation decisions.
• Stay updated with changes across Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and paid media platforms.
