DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:
Develop and Implement Engagement Strategies
Lead the design and execution of employee engagement programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Establish frameworks for continuous employee engagement, ensuring a proactive and structured approach to workplace experience.
Integrate engagement strategies with business priorities to drive employee motivation, productivity, and long-term retention.
Identify and implement teaming initiatives that strengthen collaboration, trust, and a sense of belonging within the EDS team.
Foster a Data-Driven and Collaborative Culture
Conduct regular pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement analytics to assess workplace sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Use data insights to refine engagement strategies and implement targeted interventions that address emerging employee concerns.
Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on engagement trends and workforce analytics.
Collaborate with HR, Leadership, and External Partners
Work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure engagement initiatives align with company goals and team priorities.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants to deliver high-impact engagement programs.
Advocate for policies and initiatives that enhance employee well-being, career growth, and overall workplace satisfaction.
Oversee the design and execution of recognition initiatives, including awards, incentives, and spotlight programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce desired behaviors.
Design and execute programs that reinforce a data-driven mindset, empowering employees to leverage insights for better decision-making.

Employee Engagement Strategy and framework
Improved employee experience/ engagement score (iSpeak, Collab NPS, Happiness Survey)
Completion/ Implementation of planned people programs and participation rate.
Improved retention rate for critical talents
Effectiveness of engagement/retention programs through surveys.
