Job Description
- Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and partner ecosystem collaboration.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships to position the company as a strategic partner.
- Coordinate and lead all sales activities, including demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure proposed solutions leverage the company's strengths and can be implemented successfully.
- Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and opportunities for digital transformation.
- Manage complex sales cycles and work cross-functionally with presales, engineering, and support teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline effectively.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10+ years selling enterprise software, SaaS, or CCaaS solutions. Proven success in portfolio sales and managing large, complex accounts.
- Experience with Conversational AI, Digital Transformation, and CX solutions is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for C-level engagement.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
