Job summary

JLL in Philippines is seeking a facilities coordinator to manage M2 vehicle passes for HSBC parking, coordinate with landlords, and handle parking-related concerns. The role also supervises the mailing room and oversees annual verifications, locker requests, and asset tagging.

The incumbent will manage Corrigo-based service requests and coordinate with FM teams for facility issues. Additionally, the position acts as Workspace Experience Ambassador, delivering a welcoming, first-class atmosphere,

Responsibilities

• Process M2 laminated vehicle passes for HSBC parking premises.
• Onsite liaison between HSBC employees and UP AyalaLand M2 Landlord for vehicle stickers.
• Handle parking-related concerns.
• Supervise internal Mailing Room.
• Manage annual NON-IT physical verification & reconciliation.
• Oversee locker/lateral requests and monitoring.
• Relay to Asset team for locker/lateral/key requests & tagging.
• Manage facilities service requests via Corrigo Tool.
• Coordinate with FM tech on facility concerns via phone, email & Corrigo.
• Monitor events setup and Asset Equipment Requests (e.g., speakers).
• Coordinate Sustainability Engagement events and report SMP updates monthly.
• Monitor Exit Clearances.
• Draft staff communications for FM/client requests.
• Act as POC to collate quarterly SKPI success stories.
• Create FM Monthly Report under Soft Services for FM meetings.
• Promote SAFER practices in the working environment.
• Serve as Workspace Experience Ambassador, building a welcoming community.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for colleagues and visitors.
• Own services in the hybrid workspace with proactive delivery and high standards.
• Foster relationships and drive community events and participation.
• Understand business needs and support drivers.
