Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in related field with 1–3 years FM experience at account level.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Transform the Workplace Team of the future and support a mobile, present team on occupant floors.
• Support soft services vendors and ensure SLA compliance and vendor performance.
• Manage meeting room presentation standards and setup.
• Support preventive and planned maintenance to minimise costs and equipment failure, and assist in enhancements.
• Ensure technology platforms work and analytics enable proactive response.
• Support SOPs and suggest continuous improvement in operations.
• Assist Workplace Lead on minor office projects/PMO churn and understand local regulations.
• Support regional initiatives in user experience, system rollouts, wellness, sustainability and D&I.
