Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in the Philippines seeks an engaged Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance, inspections and service delivery for office spaces and furniture. The role coordinates moves, repairs and cleaning, tracks invoices, and maintains communication with employees about schedules and updates.

You will coordinate remote work equipment deployment, manage access control systems, and support safety programs, drills and WAIR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent.
• BOSH SO2 level is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regular inspections of office spaces and furniture and coordinate maintenance.
• Coordinate facility requests (moves, repairs, cleaning, HVAC, locks, furniture maintenance) with internal teams, vendors and building management.
• Manage deployment of remote work equipment, coordinate with employees and couriers, ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Oversee access control and surveillance systems, manage badge activations/terminations, generate reports and support investigations.
• Participate in emergency drills and ensure readiness of emergency supplies and WAIR reporting.
