Job summary

SGS is seeking a motivated Tier 2 Analyst to support Workday in our Global HR Technology Services. You will assist HR users across five regions and collaborate with the Global HR Technology Team on design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday.

You will handle escalations, assist with data uploads via EIB, provide reports, and act as a Workday SME while contributing to continuous service improvements. Office in Alabang with periodic in-person activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• 0-2+ years total professional experience.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Humility, learning agility and openness to global collaboration.
• Interest in technology, business operations and HR data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and enhance Workday Tier 2 support across 5 regions.
• Partner with Global HR Technology Team for design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday.
• Handle Tier 2 escalations and ensure incident handling quality.
• Execute mass data upload using EIB and testing/deployment.
• Configure recurring setup values and serve as Workday SME.
• Provide reports or Excel source files for HR analytics.
• Support documentation and continuous improvement of services.
