Qualifikationen

• Resolve Tier 1 and assist with semi-complex/complex HR/Payroll queries.
• Maintain Workday data for employee lifecycle events.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs and customer service standards.
• Prepare and share knowledgebase and process documentation.
• Escalate complex queries and provide RCA plans when needed.
