Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital experience analysis or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR systems and processes, with a focus on Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of digital experience design principles and best practices.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
