Job summary

SGS, a global leader in Inspection, Testing and Certification, is seeking a Tier 2 Analyst for Global HR Technology Services. The role supports Workday across five regions, partnering with the Global HR Technology Team for design, configuration, testing and deployment.

The ideal candidate has 0-2+ years of experience in HR operations or HR IT, strong English skills, and a keen interest in technology and data analytics. Hybrid schedule with occasional in-office presence in Alabang is expected.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years total professional experience.
• Bachelor’s in HR Management strongly preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Amenable to working in Alabang office 1–2 days a week, especially during critical activities.
• Learning agility and aptitude for technology and data analytics.
• Confident to communicate with stakeholders globally in English.

Responsibilities

• Handles Tier 2 Workday support escalations and incident management.
• Executes mass data uploads using EIB, including testing and deployment.
• Configures recurring and/or simple setup values in Workday.
• Acts as SME for Workday usage and answers regular how-to questions.
• Supports functional analysts with Workday configuration, testing and reporting.
• Provides report generation services or Excel source files for HR analytics.
• Maintains documentation and drives continuous improvement of HR technology services.

High profile brands are constantly exposed to attack that can damage both their reputation and market share. Counterfeit and illicit trade are among the most damaging threats for well known brands and can result in poor quality products, bad product experiences and in the worst cases, safety issues that can lead to dramatic consequences.

Primary Responsibilities

• The Tier 2 Analyst, Global HR Technology Services will be a key contributor in sustaining and enhancing our Workday support steady‑state operations.
• The successful candidate will be in the frontlines of our support to HR users from all 5 regions where SGS has a presence and will partner with our in‑house Global HR Technology Team in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday.

Specific Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will join our team who delivers Tier 2 Workday services to SGS. Accountabilities will include:
  • Handles support escalations from Tier 1 (local/regional super users). Manages incidents to ensure excellent customer service and quality incident management data for continuous improvement.
  • Executes mass upload of data using EIB including testing and deployment.
  • Configures recurring and/or simple setup values
  • Stands as an SME for the use of Workday by answering regular how‑to questions.
• Supports functional analysts with Workday configuration, testing and reporting.
• Provides report generation services or preparation of Excel source files for internal HR Technology analytics.
• Supports the Global HR Technology Services Manager with maintenance of documentation and continuous improvement of services.

• An aspiring HR Professional with educational background in Human Resources Management. Some work experience in HR Operations, HR Technology or HR Shared Services is a big plus.
• A lifelong learner with a strong academic background.

• Bachelors Required, HR Management area of study is strongly preferred
