Job summary

Nordic Global in Manila seeks a Workday Configuration Analyst to support our HR technology systems. You will work with HR and Talent teams and key stakeholders to optimize the Workday infrastructure and ensure reliable HCM operations.

You will configure modules, test changes, document designs, and contribute to roadmaps. Core modules include HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning and Advanced Compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Workday HCM knowledge and certifications desirable.
• 2–3 years of Workday HCM experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday configurations.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to optimize the Workday ecosystem.
• Assist with strategy and technology roadmaps for Workday.
• Document design strategies and technical requirements.
• Configure Workday modules: HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Advanced Compensation.
• Test configurations through unit testing and support UAT.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and change management.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and handle ambiguity in projects.
• Create advanced HR reports and ensure data hygiene.
• Evaluate Workday releases and plan adoption and rollout.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
• Support other initiatives as needed.
