Job summary

Nordic in the Philippines is seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to support HR technology systems. You will work closely with the HR and Talent teams to optimize the Workday ecosystem and ensure smooth operation of HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning and Advanced Compensation modules.

You will configure and maintain Workday, lead cross-functional projects, perform testing and UAT, and deliver knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Workday Certifications desirable.
2 to 3 years’ experience with Workday HCM.
Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead cross functional projects.

Responsibilities

Configure and ongoing maintenance of Workday.
Collaborate with HR cross functional teams to optimize the Workday ecosystem.
Assist with strategy and technology roadmap for Workday ecosystem.
Document design strategies and business requirements for HR systems.
Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning and Advanced Compensation).
Test configurations through unit testing and facilitate UAT across teams.
Deliver knowledge transfer and change management for configuration modifications.
Handle projects from design to deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration related issues.
Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields.
Perform reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data hygiene.
Evaluate Workday release enhancements and plan adoption timelines.
