Henkel Philippines is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Specialist to support HR systems, data integrity, and testing across the APAC region. You will bridge HR, IT, payroll, and finance to ensure secure, user-friendly HR technology and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on Workday support, collaboration with global teams, and deployment readiness in a multinational environment. A hybrid work setup is available in Makati, Ayala Avenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, or related functions.
• Experience in end-user testing of HR systems.
• Knowledge of Workday or cloud-based HR solutions.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Workday HCM across APAC.
• Coordinate testing for Core HR, Recruiting, and Compensation.
