Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Specialist to support HR systems across the APAC region. You will lead testing for Workday HCM, coordinate cross-country testing efforts, and partner with HR, IT, payroll, and finance to ensure reliable, compliant HR processes.

You will also support digital transformation initiatives including AI and automation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/IS, at least 3 years HR/HRIS experience, and strong Mandarin and English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, or related functions
• Experience in end-user testing of HR systems; Workday or cloud HR solutions preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin required or highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Workday HCM processes across APAC
• Coordinate testing for Core HR, Recruiting, and Compensation; support multi-country deployments
• Gather testing requirements with regional stakeholders and ensure country-specific scenarios
• Monitor testing progress and report milestones, risks, and readiness
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and uphold testing standards
• Contribute to HR digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Ensure HR processes testing aligns with business requirements and adoption of HR tech
