Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking a Dayforce System Consultant to strengthen the HR technology landscape and ensure smooth, compliant operations across multiple countries. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to ensure Go-Live readiness, data integrity, and reliable system performance.

The role offers exposure to diverse HR processes and future upgrades. You will work on discovery sessions, testing activities, data cutover tasks, and maintaining reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Participate in discovery to align country-specific payroll requirements and policies.
• Support testing, deployment prep, and post-deployment validation for Dayforce projects.
• Assist in data cutover tasks during parallel runs and Go-Live with increasing ownership.
• Maintain security and accuracy of payroll data across countries.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical concerns when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues and test solutions.
• Document configurations, workflows, and integration points for ongoing support.
• Provide day-to-day user support and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
