Job summary

Datacom in the Philippines seeks a Senior Workday- Functional Consultant to bridge client business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft solutions and articulate Workday concepts.

You will manage Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing and user training, with a strong emphasis on client-facing delivery in a hybrid Taguig office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities.
• Lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Be seen as an expert in the field in a client facing role.
