Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Specialist to optimize global use of Workday HCM with emphasis on Recruiting and Greenhouse ATS. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence to gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy solutions across the organization.

You will thrive as a collaborative problem-solver with strong Workday expertise, driving process excellence in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• Solid Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Greenhouse ATS workflows and lifecycle.
• Experience implementing ATS in a global organization.
• Strong multi-project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Workday HCM across requirements, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Contribute to full project life cycles from design to go-live.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to identify process improvements.
• Develop roadmaps and plans for enhancements across global teams.
• Collaborate with an Agile team to ensure quality HR processes.
