Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst (Recruiting Module) to lead the implementation and optimization of Workday Recruiting. You will work on-site regularly, design business processes, and configure complex features to deliver a world-class candidate experience.

You will also evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance screening, sourcing, and scheduling while ensuring data integrity and compliance across global hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience with at least two full-lifecycle Recruiting module implementations.
• Experience implementing AI/ML tools within a recruitment workflow (e.g., chatbots, automated screening, predictive analytics).
• Ability to lead projects on-site, coordinating with stakeholders from various levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation/optimization of Workday Recruiting including discovery, design, configuration, and UAT.
• Own the BP design to keep workflows lean, automated, and candidate-centric.
• Configure advanced features like Workday Docs (BIRT) for offers and candidate self-service portals.
• Translate recruiter needs into functional Workday logic as the on-site technical consultant.
• Integrate AI tools to automate screening, sourcing, and scheduling while maintaining data integrity.
