Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced HR technology specialist to analyze requirements and support HR system implementations remotely. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications, build reports and dashboards, and conduct QA testing to ensure alignment with business needs.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams across flexible hours from home.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 13 years of experience in HR technology or a related area.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Workday EIBs, HR systems and tools, software development methodologies, and QA testing practices.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and in team settings; excellent communication skills.
• Working Conditions: Work from home position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR technology requirements and support the implementation of HR systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications for HR processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.
