Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an HRIS Senior Associate (Workday) to serve as SME for Workday and related HR systems, providing day-to-day user support and guiding system enhancements.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage EIBs for data uploads, and translate business requirements into functional specifications while supporting core HR processes such as hires, changes, terminations, org structures, and reporting.

• Serve as SME for Workday and related HR systems.
• Provide day-to-day support to users, resolve issues, and manage escalations via ServiceNow.
• Support system enhancements including testing (UAT), releases, and change management.
• Manage and support Workday Core HCM processes (hire, job changes, termination, org structures).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system improvements.
• Assess cross-module impacts across Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, and Reporting.
• Manage Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for data uploads and system updates.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure effective system delivery.

About the job HRIS Senior Associate (Workday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday and related HR systems


• Provide day-to-day support to users, resolve issues, and manage escalations via ServiceNow


• Support system enhancements including testing (UAT), releases, and change management


• Manage and support Workday Core HCM processes (hire, job changes, termination, org structures)


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system improvements

• Background in system support, configuration, or implementation
